You'll need an active Everee account. The NextCrew team enables the API connection and maps your pay codes during implementation. No file transfers, no middleware.
Crew records at registration, profile updates such as address and rate changes, and approved timesheet hours. Nothing is sent until a timesheet is approved.
Either. Some agencies onboard entirely in NextCrew and use Everee purely for pay; others send Crew through Everee's payroll onboarding. The integration works the same way in both setups.
