ABOUT THE INTEGRATION

What Is Everee — And Why Does It Matter?

Everee is a payroll platform for workforces that don't run on a fixed bi-weekly cycle. Employees and contractors run through one system, and pay can run daily, weekly, or on demand.

Most agencies still move payroll by hand: pulling hours out of one system, reshaping them for another, typing in Crew members who joined between pay runs. Every step is a place for a wrong rate or a missed Crew Member. The Everee integration removes that handoff.

The approved hours come from NextCrew timesheet management, the same records drive staffing payroll for agencies on any provider, and every live connection is listed in the integrations marketplace.

KEY BENEFITS

Why Agencies Connect NextCrew and Everee

Nobody Re-Keys Payroll Data

Crew records, rate changes, and approved hours land in Everee on their own. No transposed rates, and no Crew Member skipped because they joined between pay runs.

Daily Pay You Can Actually Operate

Hours reach payroll the same day they're approved, so daily pay needs no extra step. According to Everee's 2024 healthcare staffing report, 68% of healthcare workers would choose a job that paid them within 24 hours over one that didn't.

FAQs

Everee Integration FAQ

You'll need an active Everee account. The NextCrew team enables the API connection and maps your pay codes during implementation. No file transfers, no middleware.
Crew records at registration, profile updates such as address and rate changes, and approved timesheet hours. Nothing is sent until a timesheet is approved.
Either. Some agencies onboard entirely in NextCrew and use Everee purely for pay; others send Crew through Everee's payroll onboarding. The integration works the same way in both setups.
The Everee integration is included with your NextCrew subscription. Everee bills separately under your own agreement with them.
Yes. Daily, weekly, and on-demand pay are configured on the Everee side. The integration is what makes it practical at scale.
NextCrew also integrates with Paychex and QuickBooks, and sends payroll-ready data to any provider.
